VOOT VRS-3000 Adopting battery power, the VRS-3000 is economic and environment-protected. With a beautiful appearance, it is mainly used for roadside waste classification and transportation. - The water tank is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the power system is powered by a lithium-ion battery, and the instrument position is equipped with a battery management system as well as a vehicle status monitoring display device,
configuration working mode and dual mode of transition and walking. - The cleaning device has automatic collision avoidance protection function and automatic reset function when encountering obstacles.
- The control switches are centrally installed in the cab, and all electronic control operations can be completed in the cab equipped with heating and cooling air-conditioning.
- The whole vehicle has good passing performance, strong suction power and good dust suppression effect when transferring the garbage.

- The vehicle body is rigid and cold riveted, with the special load asymmetric suspension system, the chassis is safe and stable.
- It is equipped with 72V, 7.5kW AC asynchronous drive motor and controller, which can be matched with 72V, 400-1200Ah lithium battery capacity, and the continuous working time is 5-10 hours.
- Tire: 8-layer radial high-load tubeless tire is used, which is wear-proof and has a long service life. This product combines the overall structure of the dedicated chassis, combined sweeping and suction, hydraulic dump system, three-in-one “3D” washing cabinet, 360° all-round high-definition intelligent surveillance camera and other
advantages.

Transmission System
- Adopting rear axle transmission, the drive motor is a 7.5kw AC asynchronous motor with high reliability, long service life, strong overload capacity, which is easy to use, install and maintain. Drive System
- The chassis is non-load-bearing, with riveted beams as the main body. Riveted beams have high flexural strength and excellent mechanical properties. The ride-on and the frame are connected by elastic elements. The vibration of the frame is transmitted to the body through elastic elements, and most of the vibration is absorbed by the frame. In the
event of a crash, the frame absorbs most of the impact and protects the body. The stability and safety of the whole vehicle
are better.

Steering System
- It consists of steering wheel, steering gear, steering knuckle, steering knuckle arm, tie rod, straight rod, etc. Electric power steering is more flexible and convenient.

Braking System
- The braking system adopts hydraulic transmission and is equipped with vacuum servo braking system. Normally the output working pressure is mainly generated by the power servo system. When the power servo system fails, the hydraulic system can still generate a certain braking force through manual driving.
